1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Orbwell website at orbwelln.pro, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Orbwell for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or submit an enquiry.

2. Description of services

Orbwell provides three scoped data and technology advisory services to plantation groups, smallholder cooperatives and agri-processing firms operating in Malaysia:

• Agronomy Data Structuring — consolidation of field records into a validated dataset, including source inventory, data dictionary, transcription and a maintenance procedure. Duration: three weeks.
• Yield Estimation Model — a block-level estimation model built from historical field records and weather data, with error ranges and a model card. Duration: eight weeks.
• Field Technology Enablement — a capability programme for field supervisors and estate office staff covering ten on-site sessions, pocket guides in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and internal lead coaching. Duration: fourteen weeks.

The specific deliverables, timeline and price for each engagement are set out in a written scope document agreed before work begins. These terms apply alongside that scope document. Where there is a conflict, the scope document takes precedence.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

Our services are intended for organisations and individuals engaged in agricultural operations, estate management, agri-processing or related advisory work in Malaysia. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

4. Engagements, scope and payment

Pricing for Orbwell services is denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The prices listed on the website are starting-point figures; the final price for each engagement is confirmed in the written scope document.

Payment terms are set out in the scope document. Work on an engagement begins after the scope document is agreed and any upfront payment agreed therein has been received. Orbwell reserves the right to pause work if agreed payment milestones are not met.

We do not make claims about outcomes — the deliverables we provide are designed to support your decision-making, not to produce a specific business result.

5. Cancellations, changes and scope adjustments

Either party may request changes to the scope of an engagement. Changes that affect cost or timeline are confirmed in writing before they take effect. If you need to pause or end an engagement, we ask for reasonable written notice. Work completed to that point will be invoiced at the agreed rate; work not yet started will not be charged.

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding engagement. An engagement begins only when a written scope document has been agreed by both parties.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, structure, methodology descriptions and brand elements — is the property of Orbwell and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Deliverables produced for a client under a completed engagement — structured datasets, model outputs, pocket guides, written procedures — become the client's property on completion and payment as set out in the scope document. Orbwell retains the right to use general methodologies and approaches developed during the engagement in future work for other clients.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or Orbwell's services to:

• Engage in any conduct that is unlawful under Malaysian law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction
• Transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory or infringes any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content from this website without permission

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and the information on it are provided in good faith and on an "as available" basis. Orbwell does not warrant that the site will be continuously available or free of errors.

The deliverables from our data structuring and yield estimation services are analytical aids intended to support operational planning. They are not professional agricultural, financial or regulatory advice. Orbwell makes no representations about the accuracy of estimation outputs beyond what is stated in the model card provided with each engagement.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Orbwell's total liability arising from or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement.

9. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. Orbwell does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from Orbwell's services that cannot be resolved through direct discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active engagements, any changes to the applicable terms will be agreed in writing between the parties.
